ADAM W. JOHNSON
Founder/President
As Founder Adam's dream has been to grow students to be morally sound and excel in all walks of life. His mission is to transform young people into the most complete forms of themselves possible. He serves as an Educational Consultant and Assistant Principal. In either position his focus is on continuous growth in all aspects. Originally from the Midwest, Adam gave his life to Christ at a young age and this relationship has been a guiding light in everything he does.

CHRISTOPHER ANDERSON
Vice-President
Christopher Anderson was born into a large family in Indianapolis, IN. Growing up in a baptist church he gave his life to Christ at a young age. Determined to close the gap in education Christopher is a strong advocate for equitable education for all students. As a first generation college student he was always passionate about service and giving back.

Latricia Thomas
Operations Chair
Latricia Thomas (Bea Well) is a motivational speaker who is passionate about helping others become their ultimate self. She brings awareness, Teachers, and empowers others weekly on her radio broadcast “The Blueprint.” Bea Well provides success systems, to help others In the area of faith, fitness, finance, relationships, and personal development. She is fluent in Spanish and is currently a Graduate student at Lamar University in Counseling Licensed Marriage & Family Therapy (LMFT).

ANTONIO PROTHO
Treasurer
Antonio Protho (Tony) is originally from Gary Indiana. Tony moved to Houston, Texas with his wife and daughter in 2017. Tony has always had a heart for giving back to his community.
Tony’s ultimate goal is to give The Lighthouse Guild’s students the extra tools to succeed in and out of the classroom. Tony has a passion for education and most of all Jesus Christ.

KEENISHA PROTHO
Social & Emotional Learning Curriculum Chair
Keenisha Protho is a young and innovative thinking social worker who has seen a lack of resources in the community and schools for children and families sparking a passion to help others. She’s earned her Master’s degree in the field and understands the need for prevention services as well as schools that are going to equip children to be productive citizens of the world. Keenisha is passionate about the mission of the Lighthouse Guild for the Gifted.

PAUL WATSON
Marketing Chair
Paul Watson spent the majority of his childhood between Tuskegee, AL, and Indianapolis, IN and has since lived in various locations, both stateside and abroad. Paul’s experience in the field of Digital Marketing and Brand Management is something that he eagerly brings to the Lighthouse Guild for the Gifted.
